    Structured and personalised training plans to suit your running goals and lifestyle and to increase your motivation and training consistency, including at least one session a week with our running coach in person.

    Giving you the tips and tools needed to build motivation and mental skills for running.

  • All Ability Running

    Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner or a complete beginner, we offer bespoke training plans for runners of all levels, from couch to 5km, weekly plans, 6 week and 12 week plans.

  • Young Runners

    Our bespoke training plans can be developed and designed for young runners under the age of 18 with support for fitness, speed and running technique.

  • Individual and Group Sessions

    Whether you train better individually or as a group, we offer training plans that include solo runs, runs with our coaches or in a group with same level ability runners.

  • Support

    We offer weekly check in services, someone to support you through your running journey to answer your questions, offer feedback and someone to talk to throughout the whole process.

Every running journey started with overcoming the first step. Our aim here at you never run alone is to help you find the courage to chase your dream one stride at a time. We are here to help and support individuals improve in running, motivation, resilience, mental health and lifestyle by creating bespoke training programmes to suit your needs and lifestyle.

Our aim isn’t to just chase PB’s but to give you the tools to train more efficiently, to enjoy your training and to see positive changes mentally as well as physically.

We are here to support you throughout, right from the initial consultation, to weekly runs together and weekly feedback on your progress and to help you run your own race and never look back.
