With a wealth of experience and a passion to always be the best she can be, Sarah has the aim to help as many people as possible.

She gets an incredible sense of pride and enjoyment through supporting others and seeing them develop starting with the first step in their running journey.

Meet Sarah -

Before Sarah started out in her running journey she was a footballer representing Fulham Ladies and Reading Ladies, after some knee injuries and operations she knew she couldn’t let go of her competitive side so started training for marathons and triathlons and found a new love and passion in a different sport.

Sarah has always been someone to take herself out of her comfort zone, to push herself to her limits, to learn and develop herself through sport and to try and compete at the best level that she is capable of and found this and more in running.

Throughout the last 10 years Sarah has trained and competed in numerous events such as an ironman, marathons, triathlons and lots of other distance running races and has pushed her body to the limit and tested her mental strength through her determination and training programmes.

Throughout this time Sarah found her love for creating training plans and helping others with their running journey, Sarah started helping her friends with training and joining them to help train them for their upcoming races.
